We offer a network of over 450 skilled and carefully vetted vehicle technicians and MOT testers on a contract basis, providing planned cover for planned absences, holidays, unfulfilled vacancies, holidays and business peaks. Contractors can be 'locked in' for periods of three to six months, ensuring you maximise revenue by keeping your ramps fully staffed. In 2023 our contractors provided nearly half a million days' industry cover.
We provide all the skills and support your workshop needs to keep pace with change, including electric/hybrid vehicle, MOT and other technical training courses. We offer a flexible delivery methods (either at your workshop or from our state-of-the-art training suite in Milton Keynes) and can even provide weekend courses to minimise disruption and keep workshop revenue flowing.
We partner with colleges and newly qualified college leavers to provide the aftermarket with unique internship opportunities. By taking a paid intern at an initial fixed hourly cost, an internship gives both parties an opportunity to 'try before you buy' with significant benefits for both sides.
